Please be aware that once your appointment is confirmed, you are fully accepting and agreeing to abide by our Terms and Conditions.
We recommend scheduling your appointments at least two to four weeks in advance whenever possible. Our technicians tend to be booked well in advance. However, if you have a spontaneous urge, don't hesitate to reach out; we may have availability. You can schedule appointments by calling 281-265-0533 or booking online.
To secure and schedule any of our services, we require your credit card information. You can change the credit card used for final payment on the day of your service.
Please be aware that if you miss your appointment without prior notification, and do not inform us of any changes, our policy dictates charging 100% of the service fee(s).
As a courtesy, we can send text messages and/or emails to confirm your appointment and provide before/after care instructions, provided you have provided us with your preferred contact information. In cases where we cannot reach you directly, we will leave a voicemail if possible.
Arriving late will reduce the time available for your treatment, and it will still conclude at the originally scheduled time to avoid delaying the next visitor. You will be responsible for the full value of your scheduled treatment.
If you arrive after your appointment time, we will make every effort to accommodate you on the same day. If this is not feasible, you will incur a charge of 50% of the service fee.
As a small business, our success hinges on mutual respect for each other's time. We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel any spa appointment. Out of consideration for other guests and our technicians, cancellations must occur 24 hours in advance; otherwise, a charge equivalent to 50% of the booked service(s) will be applied.
In the event of a no-show for your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the booked service fee.
For cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, a 50% charge of the booked service(s) and loss of deposit will be imposed. A no-show will result in a 100% charge of the booked service.
