Appointment Policy

Please review our cancellation and no-show policy which supports our commitment to providing excellent service to our patients.

As a courtesy to our patients and our staff, please confirm your appointment or advise us if you must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance of your reserved appointment time.


Less than 24 hours in advance - Changes to your scheduled appointment time and no-shows will be subject to a charge of 100% of all services booked with our staff other than Dr. Lee.  

Appointments with Dr. Lee are subject to $100 late change/cancel/no-show fee.

Appointments with our estheticians require a deposit of $100 that will be a credit for your treatment, and will be non-refundable for no-show or cancelling, or rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance.  We accept card, Zelle or Venmo.  Please call us with your preferred payment method.

New patient consultation fees will not be refunded in the case of late change/cancel/no-show.

Convenience Fee Notice effective November 8th, 2023

Due to the rising costs of credit card acceptance fees, all credit card transactions will be charged a 3% fee.  We gladly accept debit card, Zelle, cash or check.
